We’re Stomping Ground Photo — a Brooklyn-based school photography company — and we’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Rep to join our team!
If you’re upbeat, curious about people, and genuinely enjoy interacting with customers, this could be the perfect fit for you. In this role, you’ll spend a lot of time on the phone — answering incoming calls and calling customers back to help them with their orders. Our customers are parents purchasing school pictures of their children, so empathy, patience, and understanding are essential.
Schedule:
Monday & Fridays: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Tuesdays - Thursdays: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Schedule is subject to change based on seasonal needs.
What You’ll Do:
Answer customer calls with warmth and professionalism
Call customers back to resolve questions and help them place orders
Respond to emails and chats (Help Scout + Air Call)
Provide product/service information, troubleshoot orders, and resolve concerns
Keep accurate records in our CRM
Attend weekly team meetings and bi-weekly company meetings
Maintain our friendly, approachable brand voice in all communications
You’re a fit if you:
Have at least 1 year of customer service experience (phone + email)
Are comfortable with tech (Google Workspace, Slack, CRM tools)
Are upbeat, friendly, and curious about people
Can listen well and understand parents’ perspectives
Communicate clearly and warmly
Bonus Points: You have experience with Help Scout, Aircall, and knowledge of photography, including print sizes, aspect ratios, and retouching.
