ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Post Production Assistant to join our team for the upcoming school photo season. This role is based in our Brooklyn studio and plays a key part in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is an on-site position in our Brooklyn Studio.

SCHEDULE & SEASON

• Full-time (40 hrs/week), hourly

• Runs from January- May, 2026

• Could grow into the fall 2026 season for the right candidate

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Organize and manage image files and data

• Build and maintain online galleries

• Perform quality checks to uphold our standards

• Edit and retouch in Lightroom and Photoshop

• Deliver finalized files to clients

• Maintain and track image release records

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Quick learner who’s flexible and curious

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Fast, focused, and detail-driven

• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

• Bonus: Experience with volume portraiture or working in schools
