We are Stomping Ground Photo, a school picture company in Brooklyn, NY and we've reinvented the school picture. 

We are looking to add an Associate Account Manager to our team for a 4 day a week position. As an SGP Associate Account Manager you will assist the Account Managers and manage smaller projects.. The Account Management team's goal is client happiness and retention. The Account Management team manages the communication of key information to clients, and all administration and planning for picture days. The Associate Account Manager will work in our Brooklyn office but can also work remotely part-time, once trained and integrated into the company. 

Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers as well as manage small projects independently.

  • Communicate with school clients.

  • Confirm details of upcoming photo shoots.

  • Identify red flags and escalate Issues to Account Manager & team.

  • Create, send and monitor contracts.

  • Prepare invoices for clients.

  • Liaise and work with Customer Service team to resolve customer experience issues.

  • Keep database and internal and client WIKIS up to date.

  • Keep library of saved responses for Account Managers up-to-date.

  • Make tickets for DEV team on behalf of the Account Management team.

  • Monitor views to make sure milestones are being met in the production process.

  • Monitor in-boxes for Account Managers and assist in information gathering for responses to clients.

  • Work with Post Producers on anything relating to the client deliverables and post timeline.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Administration or Operations Experience

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

  • Ability to learn new platforms easily. We use Podio, Helpscout, and Drive primarily.

  • Positive, friendly personality.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.

  • Ability to problem solve.

  • Experience at a volume portraiture/imaging company a plus!

  • Experience working in schools a plus!
